2. How can I check the status of my application?

Applications are reviewed by our recruiting team. Updates about the process are provided exclusively via email or through the Candidate Home account.

3. I cannot find the vacancy I was looking for. What can I do?

If you don't see the job you are searching for, you can submit your CV here: https://sanoma.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Sanoma_Learning/introduceYourself. We may keep your application for further consideration for up to 12 months.

Please note: if you would like to withdraw the introduction, you need to send an email to recruiting@sanoma.com.

4. Can I send my CV by e-mail?

At Sanoma, we do not accept applications via email. Therefore, CVs sent by e-mail will not be considered for the application process.

5. Where can I find more details about the role?

Each job post on Workday includes the most relevant information about the current open positions, such as work modality, location, end date to apply, key tasks and requirements.

6. I have experienced an error during the application. How can I proceed?

We are sorry to hear that! We recommend trying again using a different browser or entering your details manually instead of using the CV parsing tool*.

If the issue continues, please email recruiting@sanoma.com with a screenshot of the error and the following details to help us investigate:

- Time of your application
- Operating system (e.g. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Internet browser used
- Whether you applied manually or used the CV parsing tool

*The CV parsing tool automatically extracts information from your CV to fill in the application form.

7. I made a mistake in my application. Can I fix the information?

To be able to edit your application, a Candidate Home Account needs to be created, that can be created an account either before or after applying. The Candidate Home Account helps you to stay up to date on the recruitment process and helps you communicate with us.

8. There is a remote open position for a country, but I am located in another country within Europe. Can I still apply?

At Sanoma Learning, we have location specific positions that require physical presence in specific Sanoma Learning country and open location positions where role can be managed in any Sanoma learning country.

Job location details are informed in the job advertisement and further details and arrangements will always be discussed further during the interview process and agreed together with your future manager.

9. How do I withdraw my application?

10. Does Sanoma Learning use automation to reject candidates?

We do not use any automation to decline candidates from the process. Every application is always reviewed by a recruiter.

11. It was not clear to me where the role is based or what the working setup is like.

The job description includes all possible locations you can work in. In some cases, we specify if on-site presence is required for a certain number of days. We also indicate whether the role is fully on-site, hybrid, or remote. These details will be discussed further during the interview process and agreed together with your future manager.
